special chicken

Special SATRANGI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS
1/2 Kg Boneless Chicken julienned
1 large Capsicum julienned
1 Tbsp or 6 No. Black Olives stoned & sliced thinly
2 Tbsp or 12 No. Green Olives, stoned & sliced thinly
200g Cottage Cheese, cubed
4 Tbsp Oil
1 tbsp cashew nuts
4 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Green Chilies Paste, heaped
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, heaped
1 Tsp Salt, leveled
1 Tsp Crushed Black Pepper, heaped
4 Tbsp Yoghurt, whipped
6 Tbsp Cream, whipped (150 ml or 3/4th of a packet)

METHOD
Heat Oil & Butter together, Sauté Ginger Garlic Paste, Add Chicken
Stir fry for 5 minutes till its color changes to white (cooked state), Season with salt, crushed black pepper, green chilies paste, Mix. Add Yoghurt with cashew nuts paste and Mix. Cover & cook for 15 minutes. Add Capsicum, Stir fry then Add Black & Green olives, Cottage Cheese Cubes and Cream Mix and Remove from flame, Dish out.
